Phoebe works Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at The Devil's Bris, a karaoke bar located in East Eden.
Brief Character Description: Phoebe is in her early twenties. She is sweet and very friendly, although she may be a bit more cautious now than she was when she was in high school. She is about five foot four inches tall with brown eyes and whatever colour she has dyed her hair this month. Phoebe is a witch, and discovered in High School that she is one of the "Charmed Ones", a trio of sisters who are powerful good witches and who protect the innocent.
She has spent the last five years in hiding or being on the run off and on with her boyfriend and soulmate, Cole Turner. She's a bit more gray than white, and it seems to have kept her alive. Cole is her heart and her strength.

Special Character Powers/Abilities: She has the power of premonitions, psychometry, and empathy. She will soon also be obtaining the power of fire-throwing (it is slightly canon) during an upcoming storyline.
Phoebe has a very powerful soulbond with Cole. No matter where she is or what is going on, Cole can sense her and her condition. He is the one that can find her no matter what -- unless someone more powerful than the two of them is blocking her. She can easily sense Cole's emotions and feel him, no matter where he is or how much distance seperates them. Phoebe has deep connections with at least two others, but the strongest by far is her soulbond with Cole.
Brief Character History: After moving into the old family manor in San Francisco, the youngest sister, Phoebe, discovered an old book in the attic. Reading an incantation from the Book of Shadows, she set in motion events that fulfilled an ancient prophecy. Strange and frightening occurrences began which eventually led the sisters to realize that they are witches. The sisters discovered that they actually are descended from a long line of witches. The first powerful witch in the line, Melinda Warren, prophesied that from her line would come the Charmed Ones. A force of good, they would be three sisters gifted with powers to battle the forces of evil.
Phoebe and Cole have been on the run and in hiding for the last five years since their graduation from Fandom High. Demon bounty hunters have been after them and have even managed to kill Phoebe's sister, Paige.
It is important to note that in the five years since her graduation from Fandom High, no one but Cole has seen her in person. There have been e-mails, phone calls and letters to the people important to her. However, no one has actually seen her---including her family. For reasons of keeping those she loves safe, Phoebe hasn't attempted to see anyone in the last five years. Therefore, it is both wonderful and frightening to her that so many people she cares for have shown up in 'Tropolis. She is estatic that she is again among people that she cares for. Yet, she is also scared that her being in such close proximity to them is endangering them.
If Phoebe thinks this is the case, she will disappear from their lives and surroundings without warning. If Cole says they have to run again, she will drop everything and run---no questions asked.
